About Me
My name is Raaj Kumar. I was born and raised in a simple family in the beautiful hills of western Nepal, surrounded by a peaceful environment full of nature. After completing my secondary education I spent several years working in Dubai, but my heart always belonged to Nepal. When I returned home, I was determined to do something meaningful in my own country. That’s how my journey as an official mountain guide began.
As a mountain guide
Since then, I’ve guided countless treks across our stunning country, including Mardi Himal, Khumai Danda, Khopra, Mulde, Ghorepani-Poon Hill, Annapurna Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Tilicho Lake, Kapuche Lake, Langtang, Gosaikunda, and the Panchase Trek near my hometown. Trekking brings me immense joy. It connects me deeply with the mountains and nature I love. These days, many Nepali people are going abroad in search of other opportunities. I have chosen to stay here, because I have the urge to contribute to the development of my beautiful country. I truly believe that honesty and hard work are the greatest values in life.
